Being present is probably one of the hardest things to master as human beings. Often times it’s because we think that the grass is always greener somewhere else. We believe we’ll be happy when we reach a certain goal or be less stressed when a certain person is no longer in our life. And if you are an over achiever like me, being present is hard simply because you can’t wait to reach that new goal/chapter or start working on the super inspiring next project you have in mind. That’s called the shinny object syndrome!
In this episode I talk about how you can determine if the grass is actually greener somewhere else for you right now or if it can be greener exactly where you are right now simply by watering it. By looking at where you need to focus your energy (Intention, Action or Letting go), you should get a pretty quick sense of what you need to be tending to (new grass or the one you are currently standing on). INJOY!

Struggling can sometimes feel like the story of our life.
We seem to be working so hard, giving it our all with very little results. There’s a big difference between working hard and struggling though and that is, if you’re swimming up or downstream. Working like a maniac every single minute of the day is not a reflection of success and is not what will lead you to success either.
How would you feel about simply taking the right consistent actions on a daily basis while feeling energized and getting results? In this podcast I share my thoughts on how to do just that. INJOY!
Because us entrepreneurs are so passionate about our business, we often get caught in the mindset of ‘If I build it, my customers will naturally come to me’.
Whether that’s your entire business, your website or your Facebook page, this concept just doesn’t work. Being passionate about what we do is the starting point. Building what’s necessary to get our amazing work out into the world is the next step but it doesn’t stop there. Like tending to a garden, there’s a lot of conscious actions that need to be taken in order to see what we’ve built flourish into it’s fullest potential so that it can generate the results we’re hoping for.
In this podcast, I share from my experience what I feel are the most important things entrepreneurs need to do so that they can actually reap results from what they put out into the world PLUS I share a special program that we are launching at Injoy Business that can help you reach your goals online. INJOY!
Ps – this special program is a pilot project and only has 4-5 spots + the price will be nearly doubling next time round so make sure to get the info here quickly and reserve your spot! Applications are open until March 15th, 2016.
From experience, I’ve come to understand that there’s always something we need to let go of in order to reach a new level of success.
That something is usually keeping us very comfortable and away from our full potential. In this podcast I talk about how self-care, fear, what other people think of you, intuition and money can keep us from reaching that next goal in our life or business. I share some one my personal success stories to help you reflect on the areas of your life that might need tending to so that you can take that next step forward. INJOY!
Every time I go on vacation, I come back with tons of insights for my life & business.
I think it’s crucial to step out of the daily grind and of our habitual patterns in order to tap into the truth of what we really want & need in our lives. This information can become quite blurred when we are running on auto-pilot! Because I’m a big over-achiever, I get more clarity and insights when I leave for at least a week but even small moments to disconnect can help you do this. In this podcast I share what I learned about life while I was in Mexico + how The art of making things happen can be a very gentle yet powerful practice. INJOY!
Do you ever find yourself knowing that you’re ready to step things up in your life, taking all the right actions to make that happen and not getting the results you’re hoping for?
I know that when I feel it’s time to move into a new chapter, I go at things full throttle. What I’ve learned though, is that sometimes the answers are not where we think they are. If we want to make changes in our business, we tend to look at what’s happening in our business or if we want to make changes in our life we look at what’s happening in our life and from that information we try to make a change. What I talk about today is how making big shifts comes from actually looking somewhere different than area that is ready for growth. I share how jogging and watching TV gave me huge insights for the changes I wanted to make in my business.
Today I have the honour of interviewing the amazing Tammy Uyeda, founder of FitSpark Health and creator of the FitSpark app.
I chose Tammy because she is a perfect example of how I believe entrepreneurs need to show up in their life to reach their goals. Tammy embodies what we thrive to teach at my company Injoy Business. She demonstrates the strength and courage that is needed to attain success. You can find Tammy at www.fitspark.com.
This is part 2 of our Interview with Caroline Frenette. If you haven’t yet listened to part 1, I strongly recommend doing that first as it will help you understand what we could more in depth with in this episode.
Caroline merges Intuitive coaching with Transformative Coaching and today we dive deep into a few juicy topics:
1) The amount of work that it takes to reach your goals and the unique qualities it takes to create success
2) The energy you must hold within you in order to manifest your creation into the physical world
3) What keeps people stuck and unable to reach their goals, even when they are working really hard
I’m convinced that this conversation is going to help you gain tons of clarity on the next step that you need to take in your life or in your business.
There’s one thing that can make you stand out from the crowd in terms of making things happen for yourself and that is choosing to show up each day as a student, ready to learn something new. That new knowledge and wisdom you’ll gain and integrate as you take action is what help you make the leaps you’re wishing for. Those who inspire us and who we see reaching big goals have always gone out to find the information they needed to move forward, rather than wait for it to come to them. With such easy access to so much vast wisdom and information available to us now, there’s little room for excuses to not reach our goals. Learning something new does require stepping out of your comfort zone and as Todd Henry says, being mediocre for a while, but we can only master something if we start by trying. When we feel stuck on our journey it’s often because we forget about this valuable resource within us, which is the capacity to learn something new in any moment. If you have the will, there’s always a way!
Dreaming big and thriving to reach our goals is essential in life to grow and evolve but sometimes we tend to be so far off in the future or focused on what we don’t have that we forget what we actually do have already. Often times, what we’re yearning for is already our reality, just in smaller versions that simply look different than what we imagined. We need to recognize and appreciate what’s already here, now in our lives in order to also be able to appreciate what we will create in the future. Or else, you’ll just be like a dog chasing it’s tail (you’ll understand what I mean in the podcast).
This episode will help you balance dreaming big and indulging in what you have already achieved to this day so that you don’t spend your life chasing goals and always feeling unfulfilled. I can’t wait for you to see all that you already have :).
We are all guided by the same types of energy in our every day life and often what keeps us stuck is similar to a pattern that keeps others stuck. In the last 7 years as I supported my clients through coaching and Yogatherapy, I developed a formula from my understanding of how life works based on my personal experience and practices. This formula called “The art of making things happen through Intention, Action & Letting go” is what gave me access to my inner wisdom and is what allowed me to create the life I’m so enjoying living today. This episode is perfect to start planning your year ahead and to help you see which patterns are keeping you stuck over and over again. The formula is simple and really easy to integrate in your daily life.
Through Intention, Action & Letting go, you can make anything happen.
Great results can be achieved when we can find the balance between taking consistent actions and stepping out of our comfort zone to take scary leaps. Consistency allows us to build trust and a sense of identity towards the outside world and stepping out of our comfort zone allows us to continually grow and reach new levels of potential. Both are essential to accomplish anything in life. This podcast dives into the magic that can happen when we get uncomfortable, why we tend to stay in our comfort zone and how we can know if it’s time to take new leaps. Behind everyone’s comfort zone is a fear that comes in many forms, including the one of being mediocre!

We have this bad habit of setting a deadline for when we think we should reach success in our life (whatever that means to you), which ends up causing more stress and stagnation throughout the journey than anything else. Learning to let go of what we think success should look like and when it should come can truly open doors to more possibilities. We constantly forget that it’s actually about the journey and not so much about the destination.
In this podcast I talk about how Morgan Freeman‘s story inspired me to redefine the timeline of our success.
What successful people do consistently is what allows them to be at their fullest potential and reach their goals. People like Oprah for example, are known to be quite disciplined at not letting excuses get in the way of doing what’s necessary to show up fully at her best each day. That said, you need to use your own wisdom to know what works for you. In this podcast I talk about the most successful way for YOU to start your day. You might be surprised by what it is!
If you want to learn how to be a TRUE leader, this week’s podcast is for you. We had the honour of interviewing Jennifer Horvath, a Pilates Master Teacher and Arbonne Independent Consultant. She’s a powerhouse and inspiring leader on a mission to help those who cannot help themselves and be a voice for those that cannot speak.
The wisdom and advice she shares from her last 15 years of being an entrepreneur is priceless. From her first business going bankrupt to picking herself up and now having a business that generates 500k per year, Jen has learned what it truly takes to build sustainable success and happiness. You’ll fall in love with her, just like I did when I first met her.
In this podcast I share the 10 key things I feel every entrepreneur needs to know to succeed in business. From financial priorities to trusting your intuition, I dive into the biggest lessons I’ve learned on my 7+ years as an entrepreneur to help you reach your success and not settle for anything less than what you’re yearning for.
Throughout your entrepreneurial journey you will find yourself being pulled to change directions, move on from certain things and sometimes take big risks. Accomplishing yourself rarely comes from staying comfortable and safe. You’ve got to know when to hold ’em, know when to fold ’em, know when to walk away and know when to run like Kenny Rogers would say!
This episode talks about the importance of allowing yourself do to just that and the results that can come from listening to your intuition and taking the next best decision for your success.
We regularly host Mastermind groups at my company Injoy Business and I know first hand how much impact it can have on our success. I wanted to take the time to explain the benefits of joining one, wether with us or anyone else and share my personal experience with you. In this podcast I’ll talk about how a Mastermind can help move your business forward, gain insights on ways to expand your message in a bigger way and find solutions to help you work through challenges. Get ready to see new possibilities for success and take big leaps with your business.
In this podcast I talk about the importance of knowing yourself and where you are at your best so that you can channel that into everything you do to feel fulfilled & successful throughout your life. I also share the book that has impacted me the most in the last 7+ years of being an entrepreneur.
This episode shines light on the complex yet exciting journey of life & business.
