When I watched this amazing TED talk with Jill Bolte Taylor called My Stroke of Insight I was in awe of how simple stress had suddenly become in my mind. Having a background in Yogatherapy, I knew and understood a lot about stress already, but it always seemed like so much work to manage. There always seemed to be a task associated to dealing with stress, until I discovered that we just had to do activities that stimulated the right side of our brain and most of those things are tied to pleasure. I hope you get as much insight and excitement as I did after you listen to this podcast episode and watch the TED talk. More and more as I move forward, I’m realizing how simple things can be in life…and that is so freeing!
