The key to creating or achieving anything sustainable and successful – whether that’s becoming healthier, having a successful business or a happy relationship – is long term consistent effort.
The reason we give up on consistency is because it ends up feeling boring. But consistency doesn’t have to take up most of our time in the week. If you do different and creative things in between your small consistent efforts you will feel more motivated to take consistent action over a long period of time to reach the success you’re aiming for. Be consistent to reach your goals because it’s truly worth the effort.
